Hello Everyone!

Several months have passed since our last newsletter installment and we come bearing tidings of Winter! This time of year is full of considerations for the future. We’re keeping busy crop planning, repairing equipment, field planning and creating dozens of spreadsheets for every occasion. During these few weeks of Winter we make all of our plans for the season to come, knowing that February brings the return of greenhouse seeding and vegetable stewardship once more.

So what’s new for 2022? Well……

2022 CSA SHARES ARE NOW AVAILABLE

This season we’re happy to announce that we’ve incorporated a flexible pick-up schedule into our CSA offerings. We are now hosting CSA pick up days at our Farm Store Wednesday through Sunday, meaning that you’re free to change your pick-up days week to week without fretting about us or your vegetables. We hope that a little flexibility makes eating seasonally just a bit easier in 2022!

WE FIXED OUR PARKING LOT!!

That’s right. We bid farewell to our population of potholes and puddles and undertook a massive driveway project that included removing veritable tons of material from our old parking lot, and adding compacted gravel and fabulous new drainage. Behold the transformation!

WE EXPANDED OUR FARM STORE OFFERINGS

This Winter we took a week off to fix the parking lot and install new coolers and freezers which DOUBLED our cold storage capacity. The store is stocked up with all kinds of new products. Quiches! Soups! Pies! Vegetables Galore! We hope to see you there!
