Wash Up & Pack House Manager
Responsibilities: The pack house manager is responsible for washing crops, managing orders and pack-out, keeping updated crop & pack-out supplies inventory, maintaining clean storage and wash-up facilities, and carrying out quality checks.
Qualifications: We ask two years minimum of experience with a focus on wash-up and pack-out. We are looking for a self-motivated person who doesn't mind working alone for some hours of the day, is able to work at a fast pace, and can direct people efficiently. You would be the type of person to not mind getting wet and dirty while making everything squeaky clean!
Schedule: Monday-Friday about 40-55 hours per week depending on the month. This is a seasonal job, April-November.
Compensation: Pay is hourly and commensurate with experience. We do not provide any work gear or rain gear, please make sure you have the appropriate clothes for this job.
Start Date: Flexible but we will give priority to those who can start Mid-April.
