Owner Max Morningstar got his start in the food business as a teen working in a restaurant kitchen and is proud to have worked with many great chefs in the Boston area throughout his eight year career as Farm Manager at Siena Farms in Sudbury, MA. He is excited to bring his decade of experience producing a consistent and reliable supply of top quality produce to the wonderful restaurants and markets of eastern New York and the Berkshires.

In our fourth year of production here in Copake, NY, we will be focusing on our wholesale & restaurant bestsellers, with plenty of storage crops to keep you going through the winter and early spring. You will be able to find produce through us from late May/early June through March. 

We are happy to contract grow for our local chefs, so if there’s a crop that you’re particularly interested in, please let us know!
