CHERRY, heirloom, & SLICER tomatoes
Tomatoes love warm sunny days, plenty of water (but not wet leaves!), and the habitual pruning and cleaning of old leaves and suckers.
PRO TIP: Plant your tomato plants as deep as possible - only keep about 4-5inches above ground after planting. The plant will grow roots from its stem, requiring less watering and giving it better access to nutrients.
Keep their leaves as dry as possible, only water the base. Water consistently and on schedule, otherwise the plant will have difficulty accessing the right nutrients and you will most likely see blossom end rot and small fruit sets.
Pick off the first cluster of flowers to promote a larger second set. Keep the first cluster for a smaller but earlier set.
